We’re looking for a talented full-stack AI engineer to join our team at Format in Dublin. As our founding AI engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing AI processing pipelines and agentic workflows that make up the brain of Format.
You’ll be a great fit if you’re a full-stack AI engineer with significant experience working with large language models in production environments, have strong opinions on AI architecture, and stay ahead of the curve on latest research and tooling. You should be comfortable building both experimental prototypes and robust, scalable systems.
You're passionate about AI, constantly experimenting with the latest LLM frameworks and techniques and you’re excited by the challenge of building AI-powered systems that provide real business value. You take ownership, move fast, and continuously refine your approach based on real-world feedback.
